Refund Policy

Effective 20 October 2026

You can get a full refund within 14 days of any payment for ChipJTAG Omni, whether it is your first purchase or a yearly renewal.

How to ask for a refund

Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or write to support@chipjtag.com from your purchase email address. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, so Paddle processes the refund and returns the money to your original payment method.

What happens to your license

After a full refund, the subscription ends and the license stops renewing. Each computer keeps working until its current license file runs out, at most 30 days, and then the paid features stop. The free features keep working.

After 14 days

We don't refund part of a year. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and the license keeps working until the end of the year you paid for. We may still refund in special cases, such as a duplicate purchase or a defect we can't fix.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't reduce any right you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
